We need to be more aggressive with our business. One way of aggressiveness is to send mass mailing to neighborhoods. Invite people to a presentation at your home or at a local Denny's restaurant or at a friend's office. Anywhere you can fit people and present this opportunity to them is a place to grow your business.

Here is a tool for you to create a "Farm" list. No, I'm not talking Old McDonald nor am I asking you to grow rutabagas. A farm list is an address list of whole neighborhoods or a classification of property listings. What I have here for you is a web site that you can obtain your own Farm list.

Whith this web site you can find property estimated value. You can look for the dates of sale for surrounding properties. You can also print out a list of homes in the area of your inputted address. You can print out as many addresses as you want to generate leads for mailing letters to.

What I am doing personally is printing a list of 50 to 100 addresses a week and mailing these people an invitation to our Rancho Cucamonga BOP and Glendora BOP. I use the letter found in the LFS Manual with some editing to the wording. I add a flyer in the envelope and my business card with paperclip holding it all together.

Now you can be creative with this. Just get in contact with the public about this opportunity. You can add the phone numbers found on the last post. Those two phone numbers are powerful! People will love it. We need to reach masses of people to get the right team built.
