Great Year

This has been a great year for Team Horizons. many things have been accomplished.

This might be out of order as to the accurance but the point still remains that this year of 2005 has been a good one for WLG associates on Team Horizons.

Just to name off a few of the many things we have accomplished the first is our associate Cheraye Robins purchased her first home. Cheray has been an associate with WLG for a few months now and is still finding her way around. She is a strong influence for the business. I have so much faith in her to become great in this business because she is a people person and she really cares about the individuals she comes into contact with. She knows who she is and she knows a business that will give her the oppertunity to get out of life what she wants.

Another great thing that has happened this year is our beloved associate Shauntel and Sean McCoy getting married. They where married in Maui! Now most people are looking to be blessed with a wedding that is nice but it is a dream to be married in Maui. Shauntel came into this business blazing. She has been commited to the game from day one. She attended every training, every BOP and she hosted her own HOPs. Shauntel continued to stay focused on her business. She has earned over $60,000 dollars PART-TIME! She has also been promoted to the coveted position of Regional Marketing Director. People, at this position you are required to earn $10,000 to $15,000 per month. Remember, Shauntel is only part time! This is the business to be in people. If you focus on on your business you will be able to have your dreams.

I think of our team's first Christmass party. We had a great time here at my home. There where at least 35-40 people at the party. The party was so nice I am looking to have at least 3 recruits and 2 loans out of the deal. The associate who showed to the party have informed me that it was nice to see the other associates and to network with them. I hope we can all get together and have many more events together in 2006.

I think of Barbera Robins who has her first investment property. Barbara has learned so much being a part of WLG. She has learned how to harness the power of her mortgage and create a future that she will want to have. Barbara will be my next strong leader I have no doubt about that. She has a good start. We just have to get her leads system down so she can exploid!

I think of Bob Chapman. Bob was the first Horizon to close a commercial deal. Bob is a force. He knows how to be successful and he will let nothing get in his way. I belive that Bob is learning to develope the Leadership Format System and experience the success the way Hubert Humphrey has set it up the be. I will predict that Bob will be an RMD by March of 2006 bankrolling at least $120,000 before Las Vegas Convention. This will not be a chalenge for Bob. He knows how to get the job done.

We have our very first Loan Coordinator. This year has produced a very important associate on the team. Her name is Brenda Martinez. She will be the team's Loan Coordinator. Brenda has worked in the Real Estate business for many years. She has been the top processor for MIPPI she has also been a loan officer and a underwriter for a mortgage firm. Brenda is well knowledgeable in the real estate business and I am glad to have her on the team. In 2004 I received a big gold plated trophy for being hiest paid in the John Metter's team. I was the highest paid because I had Brenda Martinez to teach me and work with my loans. She is a wounderful person and a great teacher.

I see Joyce Tabak cutting a hedge trail through the thick of success. A trail that her team will be able to follow in. Joyce is on fire! She went to Top Gun in December and got a paradigm shift in her thinking. She now has a plan to take over the world! Joyce has told me that she will make no less than $200,000 in 2006 and I belive her! She has a great team. She has Bob Chapman and Linda Lang and Betty Powers and Henry Barrientos and Philis Tuttle, oh my God what great people to have on your team! (I don't know why Henry's name came out like that) Joyce is not done yet. She is starting all over and going after new people looking for that break. People who just want to make a life style and not make a living. Be waiting to read about Joyce in success magazines.

I think about David Peacock. This is a very shy and quiet man. He is commited. He has been with us for quite some time now. David has had a slow start. Guess what people. David got his first loan in the pipe! He is on his way. You see, in this business we are paid to always be there for the team. Work with them and not treat them like corporate America. See at a regular company if you don't have production you are cut. With us if you don't have production you will have a team member to work with you to help you to get where you want to go.

Now how about Mrs. Ericka Laurdedale. This Lady is a fighter. She is frustrated, tired, upset at this whole business but she is not going to give up. She sees a future here where she can make her dreams come true. Ericka told me that she is tired, frustrated and at times she want to quit but she chooses to get more training and she seeks it out. She calls me and she has had me at her home to do personal training with her. I was able to meet her handsome husband Tye. Ericka is on her way to success. She will be getting clarity on what she does not understand and amplify what she do understand. Ericka helps me because she puts a fire under me to provide the right type of training.

This year has produced many new associates. many have fallen to the side and that is to be expected. Not everyone wants to work for wealth. Most people want it to be hand delivered. We don't do that here. We work for what we have. Soon what we have will work for us so we won't have to work any more.

I have mentioned only few successes and overcomers at this time. Many of the Horizons associates were not mention not because they are not great but because I have not heard from them much tis year. I work a practice to recognize the strengths of people and not focus on the weakness. I hope to bring out the best in anyone that is around me, email me, talk to me and so on. I would love to here from the many who I have not mentioned here but I don't have the information to post here on this Blog. I hope to here from everyone and most of all I want to she prosperity grow on them. For some reason people around me make money. Isn't that the way it should be?

I thank God for the team I have. Each associate brings their value and collectively we become successful. With what we have and the people who are coming 2006 will be a fantastic year where every associate who can hear me. Every associate who will sacrifice and dig their feet into the ground and work this business how it has been designed will make a tremendous amount of money in 2006! I have full confidence in my words. Do you? Look at those who have the confidence. Look at how much money they are making and the success they are having. Just look at the opportunity they have to not be stuck in the vicious cycle of the every day "makeing a living". There is a life out their that you have dreamed of. Your name is writen all over it. You designed it! All you have to do is drive this financial vehicle to it. There are some bumps in the road and sometimes the lights are not all green but the further you drive the closer you will get to the destination.
Doing what you have done in 2005, 2004, 2003, 2002, ..., will get you the same in 2006. Let's change that! Let's focus and make this happen now!

I am proud of you all. We still have much to do. The fight is not over until we have what we come for.
