One of the most exciting announcements in the history of WLG is the creation of the new Quantum Compensation Plan that goes into effect on March 1. This powerful new plan takes the WLG Infinity Compensation Plan to the next level by accelerating promotions and offering tremendous income incentives for building big RMD Base leadership factories and huge national Super Teams.

It all starts in the RMD Base Shop with increased spreads for RMDs on all of their up-and-coming leaders.

RMD Base Shop Builder Bonus Pool Growth Factor- If you have less than 5% growth in RMD Base -1st over the previous month your bonus will be reduced by 1/3.


Qualifiers in the 75k Pool will also "double-dip" in the 25k Pool as well making these polls twice as exciting. With both of these 2 exciting changes to the RMD Base compensation, RMD Base Shop Builders who are leading from the front will reap tremendous financial rewards.

One of the most dynamic features of the new compensation plan is "QRMD Equivalency". RMDs and up can now accelerate the timetables to move into the senior executive levels by using RMD Base production to count as an RMD leg to move up the ladder.

Example:
75k RMD Base Closed Points AV over 3 mos. = 1 RMD Leg
150k RMD Base Closed Points AV over 3 mos. = 2 RMD Legs and so on.

There is also a new "QEFC Equivalency" for all EFC leaders to take advantage of to help them earn the SEFC position more quickly.

Example:
1,000,000 Super Base-1st Closed Points AV over 3 mos. = 1 EFC Leg

(1/2 of all "Equivalency Legs" must be in place within 12 months and all legs must be in place within 24 months to maintain the position achieved though QRMD or QEFC Equivalency)

Another exciting aspect of the new Quantum Compensation Plan is the adjustment to the Infinity Overrides levels which shifts more points to the Generation Overrides. This change allows you to have all the tremendous benefits of Infinity Overrides from the past with a new substantial increase in Generational Overrides that allows you to receive income from a team with out the fear of being "flanked" by one of your leaders.

SEFC is now an overriding position with an additional SEFC Pool of .25% based on each SEFC Leader's pro-rata share of 6 Gen. AV Production.
SEFC Bonus Pool Growth Factor- If you have less than 5% growth in 6 Gen. AV Production over the previous month your bonus will be reduced by 1/3.

50K RMD Base Gross Closed Points (No AV for this requirement only) /Min. 5 Closed Transactions Rolling 6 mos. or reduce by 2/3 of Gen. Overrides on closed business until the next month that qualifications are met. September-February 2006 is the first 6 month look-back period for March 2006 Generational Payouts. QEFCs and above are grandfathered on generational override requirements.

There is also an exciting new incentive for current and future members of the prestigious WLG Diamond Club ($500,000/yr. and up cash flow earners). In addition to the existing .25% All-Company Diamond Club Pool, there is now a second .25% All-Company Diamond Club Pool for leaders who achieved the Double-Diamond Level. ($1,000,000/yr. and up cash flow earners) These Double-Diamond Leaders will be able to "double-dip" in both Diamond Club Pools

Diamond Club Pools-

Diamond Level - .25% All Co. Override - Min. Rolling $500K 12-month income distributed on a pro-rata share based on cash flow.

Diamond Club Bonus Pool Growth Factor- If you have less than 5% growth in current month cash flow over the previous month your bonus will be reduced by 1/3.
(Must maintain $500,000 Rolling 12-month Cash Flow)

Double Diamond Level - .25% All Co. Override - Min. Rolling $1,000,000 12-month Income distributed on a pro-rata share based on cash flow.

Double Diamond Club Bonus Pool Growth Factor- If you have less than 5% growth in current month cash flow over the previous month your bonus will be reduced by 1/3.
(Must maintain $1,000,000 Rolling 12-month Cash Flow)

This exciting new Quantum Growth Plan will go into effect on March 1, 2006. We will also be honoring promotions on the old and new promotion plans through the end of March and then starting April all promotions will be earned on the new guidelines. Also, all validation requirements for RMD-SEFCs are still in effect.

All of the marketing materials- compensation poster, flipcharts, tri-folds and downloadable presentations will be updated to reflect the new changes and will be made available by March 1st. An all-company email will be sent the day everything is ready for order/download.
