have you heard of that new website that is the buzz in the real estate industry called Zillow? Well if you haven't then you are about to be updated with the the news.

This website www.zillow.com is what many people are using to find house value when they don't want to bother their appraiser. This website is capable of giving you the value of that house you are refinancing or to just look at the neighborhood. You can do a few things with this site. Without giving you some long book report type of reading here on this site why don't you just go to the site and see for yourself. Put in your address and look at what your home is worth. Look at what the neighbor's homes are worth! You will see that this will serve to be a useful tool. Just note that the values are only estimates and not actual. Many times I have found and also many Real Estate professionals have found that the values given on this sit are way off. So be careful what you say to your client. NEVER give an absolute as to a client's value unless you have a PAID APPRAISAL REPORT.
