We have completed the first week of September and I don't see any of you on the leaders board. What happened? We are at war and the victor walks away with the prize. The prize is freedom and the things that money can buy. We must push ourselves to grow fast.

This is not looking good base shop. I can tell you what the problem is that we are having. 100% of the problem is we are getting our butts handed to us in prospecting. We are not prospecting!

Because we are not prospecting I will be having a conference call that I want everyone to attend this up coming Wednesday. This call is going to show you how simple prospecting is and it will give you some "know How" so you can get out there and make money! This is a business and we must get serious about our business. We will drill for skill so we can get paid!

Congratulations go out to Danillo Barrios down in the OC for closing his second loan since we returned from Vegas Convention of Champions! Way to go buddy. Let's get some recruits!

I hope next week we don't get spanked again. I know you all are better than this. Mario, where are you? You are a strong recruiter. I am looking for you to get the next promotion with all of those personal recruits in such a short time. Joyce, you have to make RMD before this year is up. Tips to look into. WLG Production Pool. Look this up. A new associate can get into the company override pool and get paid a check every month from the overrides on the entire company! All you have to do is get 10,000 BV points in one month! Just recruit and close loans. Each recruit is 1,000 points. each closed loan is 5,000 points. Add it up
