Hello Base Shop Builders

I want you all to know that we are getting our buts kicked!!! We are being out recruited, out personal produces with loans and all around out done! We are better than this and we are better than the other base shop (Shauntel McCoy's base shop). This is war!!!!! I can not have them over there talking down about your guys. I have been holding down the insults but the gloves are off! I have seen the greatness in the awesome Joyce Tabak. I have seen the great ideas from Carlos Herrera and I have seen the recruiting greatness of Mario Morales! With all this great talent we can beat them for the month of September.

I will give you what was done for the month of August and let you know what the avg stats on the other team has been so we can beat them and beat them bad!!!. Now this is our new site and it is not for anyone who is not with us to look at. What happens here on the Blog stays on the Blog.

Now look at how many people are recruiting over there! It is not about large personal recruiting but it is about everybody recruiting only a few people at a time. Lets get your people recruiting! I will be talking to the leadership cabinet on Monday Morning about recruiting so stand by for some good info on the how to. Some of you are starting to se the relation of recruting = loans. This system works but we have to work the system. We should have no less than 20 recruits for the "New Base Shop Builders"!

Now this is ridiculous! Shauntel has out performed the whole base shop by herself! This has to stop. We will beat them! We will have 7-10 new loans inputted if I have to do them myself! I know you guys can do it. You guys are great! You are motivated and soon you will have the loan training you need to have the confidence. The leadership Cabinet will be discussing this on Monday Morning.

As you can see the month of August was not a good month at all. This weekend is going to be a great time to get things cooking. Let's make it happen. I believe in you. The network of associates is simply having contact info on participating "New Base shop Builders" so we can call on each other for help and for prospecting. You will hear more about this soon.


This is our month! Let's start of soft but let's start this month running hard! We have a simple target here, 20 recruits and 7-10 loans! We can do this. You should ask yourself how many of the 20 recruits you personally will have and how many of the 7-10 loans you personally will have. That is the mind set of a champion! Put the plan of attack together. Buy more magazines if you have to. Get your info kits together. Buy the Ric Edleman DVDs and the audio CDs together because if you are in a battle without weapons you might not come home! This is WAR!
