We have a good start for this month. Let's make this the best!



I would like to share some information with you as the team. While building your company you must think strategically as to areas you want to move into. Listen, WLG for the first time is going to have the venue for Top Gun in San Diego California!!! Now I don't know if you already knew this fact but if you think like I do you would be thinking that WLG is going to explode in the San Diego area after this great event!

How I see it is after we all travel to San Diego there will be people popping up from the south area that did not have a chance before. I want to get ahead of the game and start building there now in anticipation for the growth that is going to happen after Top Gun. Just to let you all know we have a small team in San Diego. I have been traveling down there to do BOPs. I am committed to going into the area every 2 weeks. If anyone on your team has family, friends, just about anyone in the San Diego area please, let's get this going now!

Another thing you want to pay attention to is price median homes in regional areas. Let me give you a rundown as to what I'm thinking about:

San Diego median price = $608,770

Orange County Median Price = $721,190

Los Angeles Median price = $565,600

Santa Barbara Median Price = $787,500

Monterey Median Price = $700,560

San Francisco $719,220

Ventura Area Median Price = $684,070

These are the hottest areas that you most be focused on. Think about it. You recruit a person in the area of let's say Orange County. They have friends and family who need to harness the power of their mortgage. You have a loan. The median price is $721,192. Your deal is for $700,000. Gross commission is $14,000. You are a new associate at 30% You are looking at $4,200!! Now what is you have fast tracked your first promotion and now your associate did that loan. You would receive an override check for $1,120!!
