Now, Look at the speakers and when you click on the event details it gives you the host of the event such as Clayton hosting our Anaheim school and our EFC Buck Steffens hosting San Diego School. Now if you read the entire magazine that we where featured in you should know some history of many of these great speakers. That will help you to prospect people to the schools.

We have prospects and we have new associates. We need to ask our prospects for referrals and we need to have a list of names from our prospects. In this list of names you will come across a referral or lead who lives in another State. This is great! You want to call that person and run your script. In the script you want to inform them of a great training workshop for millionaires that are happening in their town (Or close to them). Tell them they have to be a part of this Combine training. Have them go to the web site. Print out some stuff. Heck, take initiative in your business and get those people to registered for that school!

Before you have them registered make sure they at least pay the $100 WLG membership fee and have them as a recruit first. It wouldn't make sense to have them go there and they make a friend and you lost your work to someone else. This has proven to work with the Q-Schools. Many of the leaders where looking into where the locations of the Q-Schools where held and they had all there prospects attend those meetings. The prospects where in the WLG part of the company and they joined the rest of the company after the school.

Tip: Look at your downline and mail a letter with a Combine flyer to your associates in other states. Let's get these people moving. We and they have no excuse for failure. Failure is not an option!

Make sure that you download the new WLG "Leaders With Vision" presentation. It has the informating of all 3 product providing companies in this new one. Here is a notice from corp for those of you looking to order business cards.

This notice only applies to GEL business card orders only.

All GEL business card orders placed on or after September 21, 2006 will not be shipped until October 11, 2006. This mail date will allow you to have GEL cards delivered to you in accordance with the regulation requirements for the October 16, 2006 official date of the new WLG/GEL Home Office address. This new address must appear on GEL business cards unless otherwise directed in the Business Card Requirements. The exceptions would include Branch Managers requesting that the Branch information be placed on their GEL business cards. This would also include any GEL business card orders placed by individuals whose resident state is Nevada . Special requirements apply to these individuals. GEL business cards with the new WLG/GEL Home Office address cannot be used until October 16, 2007.

Current supplies of GEL business cards held by the field force with the current WLG/GEL Home Office address may continue to be used until May 1, 2007. At that time all GEL business cards will need to be compliant with the new address. The current WLG/GEL Home Office address of 3955 Johns Creek Court , Suwanee , GA 30024 will no longer be allowed as of May 1, 2007. By May 1, 2007 all GEL business cards must display the new WLG/GEL Home Office address excluding the exceptions described in the Business Card Requirements. By May 1, 2007 older GEL business cards may need to be destroyed and new compliant GEL business cards obtained.

All other items ordered through Success Mall, should be ordered separately from the GEL business cards. If items are in the same order as the GEL business cards they will not be shipped until October 11, 2006.

Just when you thought you knew it all!

Hello Base Shop Builders!

Well, I have been informed that Hubert Humphrey is still rocking and rolling with the insurance side of our great opportunity! Some of you remember the Global Group Financial about a couple of years ago. Remember we where going to have a big training session last year at the Las Vegas Convention Of Champions and at the last minute just before we started the convention they had to shut down the Insurance part of the convention? Well I thought that was dead in the water. I found out that all Hubert did was separate that company to be it's own independent insurance company! WOW! We can now offer (Or always could) Life insurance to our needy clients! We can truly look out for the best interest of our clients with this service. I have had many clients where they needed life insurance and they did not have a policy. They would pull money out of their home and their children had no protection. Now I can get licensed and offer the service to them!

So let's look at what all we have with Hubert. We have a mortgage company to finance residential and commercial. We have a real estate company to sell and buy homes. We have FLA to manage underperforming client's assets to maximize their investments and we have FFS (First Financial Security) to get our people life insurance to protect their family. I think with all of this at our disposal we can truly have a full functioning one stop shop for anyone. This is something you can provide for a life time.

Base Shop Builders Week 9-15-06

Well hello Base Shop Builders

I have to say that this week there was 2 people who listened to the charge from last week. I thank you two for being a soldier and moving forward to gaining grounds on becoming number one! We have much more to go!

So far this month we are being embarrassed! We are still getting our butts handed to us weekly! Man! We have to get this in gear people. You are a great bunch of people. I know you are strong. I wish you belied that like I do!

Well, I say this has been a tough 2 weeks for some of you. The rest of you are starting to get the engine cranking. I personally have had some tough times getting in the field to increase my numbers too but dag gummit, I will not roll over and let Darius beat us like this!!! I need to know if we are going to do this big? I need to hear you voices. I need to know that we will beat Darius this month!!!!! I know we can do this! I am going to the people. The people at clubs and stores and wine tasting events and parks and kiddie birthday parties are the people we need to be talking to. I am going to a real estate office appreciation pick nic in the park tomorrow morning and a back to school pick nick at another park and after that a kiddie birthday party tomorrow so I can prospect! We have no room for failure! I will do my part. I hope you will do yours. Let's get out to where people are and lets get their numbers and recruit them! Let's get some loans! My new recruit for the week is going to let me refi his house next week! Do you see how this works? I met him at a kiddie birthday party!

Base Shop Builders,

I have to tell you, this business is so much easier to build your team in many different areas than when I joined right Joyce? I mean, this company is rising up training for our associates outside of our area and even inside our area of influence. I have been talking with some of the companies leaders about this new movement with the Combine Schools. Here are some of the things they had to say;

"Hubert wants to get everyone acquainted with other leaders so the company as a whole will grow. He is knocking down the walls of this team and that team and making us all work together" - Coach Roach I spoke to Andamo Tolson and because I can not remember verbatim on what he said I will give you a just of it. Andamo said that the orders have been given straight from corporate. The leaders have been pared up without the knowledge of the leaders. The date was placed and the location was chosen for them also. From what it looks like and what I am hearing through talking with people Hubert wants to take the talent from California and give that inside knowledge to Florida, the talent from the mid west and bring it to the West. He is taking the info from the teams up north and bringing it down south. Hubert is mixing leaders with other teams so we all can benefit from each other.

There is no excuse now! Before, we had no clue as to what to do and no leadership to help us. Now Hubert is leading the field to inform us on this business by breaking up the monopoly some organizations have. This is our time to get out to these events, network with leaders and be in a position for when you have a business associate join in another state you can plug them into what is going on with the company and with that leader. We are only getting better!

For those of you who have been with WLG for a year or more hear is the deal. The first 3 years Hubert focused on the infrastructure of the company to get everything in place. Now that we have what he has wanted (A 3 legged company to dominate the industry, FLA, GEL, GRM) now he is back in the field doing what he knows how to do best, recruit and build!

Have you noticed the link here? Hubert has been talking about a 3 legged company for years now. Hubert said to have security you must have 3 supports. He said a chair could not be a chair unless it has at least 3 supports. Think about the goal you have to become RMD. You must have at least 3 support legs. This is a theme that will run with Hubert. Pay attention and you will learn how to build for freedom!

We have completed the first week of September and I don't see any of you on the leaders board. What happened? We are at war and the victor walks away with the prize. The prize is freedom and the things that money can buy. We must push ourselves to grow fast.

Let's look at what is going on with Recruiting.

This is not looking good base shop. I can tell you what the problem is that we are having. 100% of the problem is we are getting our butts handed to us in prospecting. We are not prospecting!

Because we are not prospecting I will be having a conference call that I want everyone to attend this up coming Wednesday. This call is going to show you how simple prospecting is and it will give you some "know How" so you can get out there and make money! This is a business and we must get serious about our business. We will drill for skill so we can get paid!

Congratulations go out to Danillo Barrios down in the OC for closing his second loan since we returned from Vegas Convention of Champions! Way to go buddy. Let's get some recruits!

I hope next week we don't get spanked again. I know you all are better than this. Mario, where are you? You are a strong recruiter. I am looking for you to get the next promotion with all of those personal recruits in such a short time. Joyce, you have to make RMD before this year is up. Carlos, don't let your team out produce you. Ray, you are just starting but we have to hit it hard. Danilo, let's do it GRRRRRR! Base Shop Builders let's do it!

Tips to look into. WLG Production Pool. Look this up. A new associate can get into the company override pool and get paid a check every month from the overrides on the entire company! All you have to do is get 10,000 BV points in one month! Just recruit and close loans. Each recruit is 1,000 points. each closed loan is 5,000 points. Add it up

I want you all to know that we are getting our buts kicked!!! We are being out recruited, out personal produces with loans and all around out done! We are better than this and we are better than the other base shop (Shauntel McCoy's base shop). This is war!!!!! I can not have them over there talking down about your guys. I have been holding down the insults but the gloves are off! I have seen the greatness in the awesome Joyce Tabak. I have seen the great ideas from Carlos Herrera and I have seen the recruiting greatness of Mario Morales! With all this great talent we can beat them for the month of September.

Now look at how many people are recruiting over there! It is not about large personal recruiting but it is about everybody recruiting only a few people at a time. Lets get your people recruiting! This system works but we have to work the system. We should have no less than 20 recruits for the "New Base Shop Builders"!

Now this is ridiculous! Shauntel has out performed the whole base shop by herself! This has to stop. We will beat them! We will have 7-10 new loans inputted if I have to do them myself! I know you guys can do it. You guys are great! You are motivated and soon you will have the loan training you need to have the confidence. The leadership Cabinet will be discussing this on Monday Morning.

As you can see the month of August was not a good month at all. This weekend is going to be a great time to get things cooking. Let's make it happen. I believe in you. This is our month! Let's start of soft but let's start this month running hard! We have a simple target here, 20 recruits and 7-10 loans! We can do this. You should ask yourself how many of the 20 recruits you personally will have and how many of the 7-10 loans you personally will have. That is the mind set of a champion! Put the plan of attack together. Buy more magazines if you have to. Get your info kits together. Buy the Ric Edleman DVDs and the audio CDs together because if you are in a battle without weapons you might not come home! This is WAR!
