End of the Month Report

Hello team

This is the End of the Month Report. This is something new that we will be trying out. This will be the time where everything that I am aware of will be reported to you so you can not be left out. Although this July was HOT we where able to still accomplish much in our business.

First off I would like to say Happy Birthday to all of the July B-Day people on the team. I hope your special day was great. I am glad that God gave us all another year to enjoy you.

As a reminder do not forget to be at the National Training next week with Andy Fiorenza in Ontario California. if you have not registered for this training please do so. This is for associates, prospects and anyone to attend. You will learn how our loan system works and you will get inside information as to what the industry is doing.

This month was the start of many new things. We have our Team Leader's Call that happens every Monday morning at 6am. This is a call where the leaders get together and develop better ways to serve the team. We have already put together our first hired speaker for a training event. I would like to thank all those who participate in this planning.

We have our first hired speaker to teach us how to develop the dream within at our team "Vision Session". This meeting will be on Saturday July 29th in Upland. Our speaker is RJ Jackson. She has traveled much around collage campuses and corporate offices developing that dream that everyone has inside. Teaching principles of how to keep you dream before you and how to set a goal to attain that dream.

The Month of July produced first time pay for new associates and first time recruiters. We will give congratulations to those heroes in a moment. We have experienced a new processing center from one of our RMDs. Shauntel McCoy has opened herself an office with a processing center. This is a great accomplishment. Every one of you can do the same as Shauntel.

We have started the magazine drop system that WLG Corporate office set up for us. We have many success stories from the magazines. Our collective team goal is to have 1,000 magazines in circulation by October 31st, 2006. We are at from the best I can tell are at 72 magazines in circulation. I expect this number to be very low considering many of you have been dropping magazines but I don't know about it yet.

We have new associates who joined the team. I want to is you are a new associate and you are reading this blogg you have a great business partner in your upline. Thank you for plugging in and reading this information. I would like to hear from you. Now our team goal is to have 1,000 "Active" associates by December 31, 2006. At this time we have 400 "Active" associates. I hope that we all can come together to reach our goals.

We have been commissioned to participate is a great training system called the Q-School. This is going to be a time where we will have the structured training straight from corporate office. I am on the planning board for the Q-School that will be taking place with Andamo Tolson. We will be having our school on August 18th and 19th. We are looking to have a great learning experience.

Now for the fun, let's give recognition to those who have shown their worrier heart this month. We will start with a very nice email that RMD Shauntel McCoy sent out to her team:

Linda Brooks: Recruited the vice-president of Bank of America. This guy is leaving his job because my momma sold him the dream. "You go girl!"

Spencer Johnson: Inputed 5 loans in the past couple of months. He recruits follows the system, took initiative to find a BOP site in Orange County and he continues to maintain a spiritual and healthy lifestyle. You da man!

Jemia Robinson: Inputed 2 loans and 2 recruits this month. She is at the office every morning picking my brain dry. She is a prayer warrior! She is currently spear-heading the Spanish BOPs on Monday nights. I thank her for keeping her upline grounded and focused on the #1 man in our life. "I love you girl!"

Ahliah Cook: She got paid ya'll. On a field training sale she cash-flowed over $2500. She has the most guest showing up on Tuesdays. Tonight she will be doing another loan at the office. Go Li-Li!

Denise Manuel: She follows the system with duplication. Her downline are doing the Tehachapi BOPs. Denise is such a team player and a leader at the Tuesday night BOPs. Denise is a field builder in the making. I feel August will be her month. Alright little Momma! (Thanks for the SPA coupon).

Richard Montanez: This young guy closed his first loan and is clear to close loan # 2. He got paid. "Way 2 Go!" Only in the business for a couple of months."

At time when it seem like you can't go any further just look back at all that you have accomplished already and know that with Christ all things are possible and you can do it!

This is going to be a great time for this team! We have a great speaker coming out to teach us about developing our dreams and goals. We will be blessed to hear from R. J. Jackson. Here is her Bio:

Vegas was a blast! I hope you viewed the pics from C.O.C. on the last post. I asked you to email me your experience so I can post on the blog. Still waiting.
