I know last week we did not have an update as to the week's leader so I included last week's results with this week. Just to give you an update we will be having our monthly Super Saturday Opportunity Night at the Ontario Convention Center on June 10th, 2006 at 7PM. Tickets will be the usual $25. I will see if I can get a discount again to those of you who will be purchasing tickets for your team.

Soon to come "Business Value Points". Just as soon as WLG gives us a tracking system for monitoring the values we will have them posted on weekly bases.

This is the last week of the month once again. We must look back and ask has this month produced what we want to see in our business. We have a new 7 days to work towards our goals. Please remember it takes one step forward to get you closer to your destination. WLG have everything in place for you to win. The compensation is there. The events are there. The leadership is in place. We have no reason to not make that one step forward. There are people hoping and wishing they could be a part of a system like ours. We need you to tell them.

The secrete to success in WLG is turning strangers into friends. Give a smile, a hello or just a kind jester is all that is needed to open the door to a new friendship. People are not looking for a business to join but looking for an environment where they have a chance in life. They are looking for good people to be around. I have never seen more qualified people to show the world that there are good people to help work in the fight for freedom than I have seen in you right here in WLG.

Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend. Please remember that this holiday is not for store sales and hot dogs but for the remembrance of those people who fight day and night for the freedoms that we enjoy in this great country. People have given their lives for us to have the ability to sit and read a team Blogg and go after our dreams in life. We also need to remember those that are on the streets protecting us locally. Also remember the service that is given to track and monitor bad people and prevent them from hurting you and your family. We need to remember those who have prayed for us and who have lost their life doing the will of God so that we can have freedom in Christ. Also for the grandmother and others who have prayed for us. We have a lot to be thankful for and many people to remember.

I would like to personally give my gratitude to those law enforcers who are on our team. I do not know of them all but I do know that we have some great people who are on the front line with criminals on a daily bases. We have emergency response people on our team. They are a breath of fresh air when life happens and we need their help. I also want to remember those of you who have had to sacrifice to provide care for a family member or friend who is not strong enough to take care of them. You are a hero that has not been recognized. I want you to know that I have so much respect for you. I don't have to know all the detail but to sacrifice the things you want in life to serve another says more than a book that is written about the logons in history. We are in a season of accomplishments with academics. Remember those who have struggled to finishes their studies so they can be of service to us in everyday life such as doctors, dentist, nurses, chiropractors, financial advisers and many more. Remember those who paid the bill for the education. Also note that a person does not have to have died for us to remember the sacrifices that have been made for someone else.

Also, last but not least, do not forget the person that is helping you in this business. Remember the unselfish sacrifice of the person that is working hard to help you achieve your financial destiny. Where else is there a system set up so that we all help you get what you want? It takes a lot of effort and commitment to produce a life style that you are looking for and it does not happen over night. This business is a hard business. This does not come easy. If you really want something in life you have to work for it and deal with a lot of head aches and sacrifice for people who do not recognize at the time what have been done for them. This is a time to honor you for your courage to love the unlovely, to give to the selfish and to be committed to those who are not committed to you. You, who have held hotel, and or restaurant meetings and had to pay out of your pocket for the event, you who drive all over the planet when gas prices are higher than ever just to go to a HOP and only one person shows up. You who are on the phone listening to the tears of an associate who is going through hard times in life and just need someone to vent to or just talk to. You are the back bone of success and you are the person we honor today. You know heroes are not born but they are the ones who's inside love shows on the outside even in the mist of personal criticism. Just take the time right now to think about what these people are doing to help you! Not themselves! Come on! these people are helping you to make it happen. These people could be working at a regular job if they where just looking out for themselves. What would they have to do in corporate America? Get a promotion and make more money? Well, that would be good for them but how is that going to help you attain your dreams? No, nobody asked them to do this for you but they volunteered, not only that but they paid $225 so they can help you. WLG is designed to help others. The business would not work any other way. So in this remembrance I would like to put some names out there for you to think about. You might not know about some of these people but if you ever have the chance to see them tell them thank you. If it where not for then you would not have this opportunity to have a greater lifestyle tomorrow.

For Recruiting

GEL has comprised a list of frequent errors that are made by our field agents. Please be aware of these circumstances and relay to your downline.

  • The Mortgage Self Origination Test is no longer required by WLG or GEL. Please destroy any copies of the test that you may still have in your possession. Please refrain from distributing to your team mates and do not fax to Home Office completed copies for review.
  • GEL no longer requires the following employment paperwork be mailed to Home Office (These forms are available for online completion when you join GEL or by logging into GEL's website www.wlg-online.com and selecting LFS-MAX to Personal Reports and then select HR. The HR screen will display exactly what is missing from your GEL employment appointment. You may complete by clicking on the missing document):

    Employee Policy Acknowledgment
    Insurance Acknowledgment
    Branch Policy Certification
    Conflict of Interest
    Direct Deposit Form

    PLEASE DESTROY ANY OF THE ABOVE GEL EMPLOYMENT PAPERWORK THAT YOU MAY HAVE IN YOUR POSSESION. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM DISTRIBUTING TO YOUR TEAM MATES. THE FORMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE NO LONGER EXISTS IN PAPER FORMAT AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BY HOME OFFICE. DISTRIBUTING THESE FORMS WILL DELAY NEW AGENTS FROM BECOMING FULLY ACTIVE WITH GEL.

    The following original GEL employment forms must be mailed to Home Office for completion of your GEL appointment (Faxes or Photocopies will not be accepted):

  • GEL no longer requires that California Agency and Ethics Continuing Education Certificates be faxed/mailed to Home Office for review. GEL works closely with Financial Strategies (MyMortgageTrainer) in receiving daily copies of the certificates that were completed for that day. Receiving multiple copies of the certificates creates double processes for our Licensing specialists and may delay your active CA status. Please only send in your CA Continuing Education certificates if you have completed your training from another training facility.

WLG Business Value

On the recent Executive Leadership Cabinet conference call, Hubert mentioned our transition to the new recognition structure of “Business Value” as of May 1st. This week, production points that have been used for leaders bulletins, contests, pool participation and promotions were replaced online with “Business Value” (BV). BV is comprised of the sum of production points, recruiting points and leadership bonus points (Convention attendees, etc.). Points for months prior to May 2006 will NOT be recalculated. Points detail will be available online soon for the following point types: production points, recruiting points, bonus points and total business value.

Here is a summary of the changes:

1. Production points are 5,000 points (regardless of the size of the transaction) per transaction and will be split according to Field Builder/Field Trainer percentages.

2. Recruiting points are awarded at a rate of 1,000 points per recruit. These points will be awarded immediately after they successfully complete the WLG online signup. An additional 1,000 points will be awarded if the associate becomes a “quality associate” within 30 days of joining WLG.

3. Convention registration points awarded – 500 points for pre-registration prior to May 1st and 1,000 points for pre-registration May 1st through May 31st.

4. The Adjusted Value (AV) principle, where no more than one-third of your points can come from any one leg, will be applied to Business Value totals for promotion and recognition purposes. We are also enforcing a rule where no more than 50% of your Business Value can come from the sum of your recruiting points and leadership bonus points.

5. Production points counted towards “Business Value” will NOT be awarded on an “advanced basis” until August or September when the new processing center software is implemented.

S.O.N. was GREAT!!






Hello team

I just want to let you know that the Super Saturday Night event was a great night event! The evening started off with 3 top notch presenters sharing our Leaders With Vision presentation. We had our Executive Field Chairman Buck Steffens close out the presentation with how the money flow in WLG.

Buck shared how when he first started with WLG how he worked very hard to help Hubert build WLG. Buck said he did tape drops and 3 way phone calls and he was in the trenches putting a lot of effort into this business. The reward for all of his efforts for the first 6,6 even 8 months was no income! Buck said it came to a point where when they received their first few checks Buck's wife Donna Girl said to him "Let's just take what we have and run". Buck could not do that. Buck believed in Hubert and this system. Buck continued to work and recruit. Buck shared that he only focused on recruiting and recruiting only. Buck recruited 500 people before he received his first pay check. Buck and Donna's first sign of money was a check for $400! All of this work for $400!! The next month was $1,200. The next month was $12,000 dollars!! from there he showed us that his earnings went to $5,000 per week!!! Then he earned $30 something thousand for the month and from there on he said he has not received anything less than $50,000 dollars per month! He put a charge to us all to not focus on the little aspects of the company but to only keep the end in mind and that is to recruit, recruit, recruit! You will grow rich!

Man, I wish you all where there! I want to announce that recognition was given at this event at the end and wow, there are some great people running in this alliance. Ms. Lisa Vaughn-Brown received 3 awards for top recruiter and base shop recruiting. Lisa Vaugh-Brown also received her first promotion to Field associate! Lisa received her fancy certificate and her promotion pin is on it's way to her. Congratulation Lisa, You have worked very hard and you will be RMD this year no doubt!.

It was nice to see some of the team there. New and old associates where mingling with millionaires and taking pictures. Seth kuoha gave some special attention to our associates to give some pointers and tips for growth. Buck spent time with the team and taking pictures. The convention center was not ready for the show up at the event. We ran out of chairs and forced people to stand along the walls just to be apart of the event. Mr. Eric Antonio attended the event. Mr. Antonio was in the LA area for another event and he said since he was down hear he just had to come out to our S.O.N. to share in the MoZone.

The Super Saturday went off very well. We will be having our next event on June10th, 2006. Be ready to show up with your "A" game because we are going to have explosive growth coming!

This Week's Leaders

Hello Leaders

I know that you all are pumped from the experiences you have been witnessing the last few weeks. Many of you have seen the great John Meters at his awards banquet. Many of you have attended the "Dream Team's" LFS School this Friday and Saturday (I have been telling you about that school. Wasn't it great!!). Many of you will be attending the fantastic Supper Opportunity Night at the Ontario Convention Center. This is how you build your company. You get your team to great events to listen to great people.

I want to let everyone know how proud I am of Shauntel McCoy, Linda Brooks, Joyce Tabak and Lisa Vaughn-Brown. Shauntel is growing a great team. She has her people plugged into system amungst systems. They are growing and being recognized at events. Shauntel has partnered up with the great Billie Mills whom all of you know is a true winner.

Linda Brooks is just a great person who is after her future. I have had the privileged at one time to watch Linda grow in this business and now to see her numbers grow is a great thing. She is a great leader and she has Mr. Leroy Toliver to help grow her team.

Joyce Tabak is a true soldier. She has been making constant course corrections in her business. She is fine tuning her operations to get better results. Joyce is plugging into the Ontario B.O.P. scene to help grow her business and her people. Joyce has great people to help her on this path of success such as Linda Lang, Henry, Carlos, and Bruce.

Lisa Vaughn-Brown is a true trooper. To have such challenges as Lisa has had fir the time she has been with this team and to produce what she has been able to produce is a testimony that all can benefit from. Lisa is a driven lady who I learn from on constant bases. I want to let everyone know that when your team gets larger you have access to wonderful people that can help you understand many things that you alone would never have known because you only know what you know until new information is introduces right? Well Lisa has been a personal help to me in growing and learning. Look for her team to explode. Look for Angela Dubra, Jhoine and Mary Welch. These are some hard hitting women that do not play when it comes to business.

I am blessed to have known and to know many of you and It is a pleasure whenever I come in contact with you. I believe I improve a little more when I get to know you. So for this weeks leaders let's see who is growing and ...you can see for yourself who is dying.

Super Opportunity Night May 13th!!!

We have had confirmation!

Buck Steffens will be at the Super Opportunity Night this Saturday!! After we have our B.O.P. Mr. Steffens will be training us on how to build a huge team. Mr. Buck Steffens is our Executive Field Chairman and he has a team of over 17,000 associates. Mr. Steffens earns more than $1.4 million per year and has only been in the company for little over 3.5 years! I think he has a little information as to how to win in the WLG game. Make sure you are ready for this great event!



Here is some breaking news!!!


Hubert Humphrey is giving away point towards your promotion!!

As you know in order to be promoted from Associate to Field Associate you must have at least 5 active codes and 20,000 points in you team. Well, Hubert is giving 500 points for everyone who registered for Las Vegas Convention before May 1st, 2006!!

It gets better! He is giving 1,000 points for anyone who registers from now until convention starting May 1st!!!!!! these points will roll up through the entire hierarchy! He did say that is an upline is not registered for convention that he or she will not receive those points!! So if you have 20 people register for convention from now until convention time you will have your promotion points!!! If you are not registered yourself then you do not get these points!

Let's get the team registered for the Convention Of Champions Las Vegas 2006!

Once again we have one of the LFS system's great events happening, Super Opportunity Night (S.O.N.)!!

This month on Saturday the 13th at 7pm we will be at the Ontario Convention Center in the upstairs suite #200. This month will be a little different. This time because the MoZone is so strong we will have the B.O.P. in the same room with everyone! So team let's create a dynamic atmosphere by laughing at the jokes and really give the speaker energy.

The price for the event will be a little different. Let me explain:

At the door is $25
Tickets are $25

Here is the good news. Talk to your upline because I am giving them a discount. They can give you the team price for the tickets. If you come by yourself you will paying much more but if you are bringing a guest the price will be reduced.

We will be having recognition at this event for the month of April. The recognition will be on recruiting and closed points. I have put some of your names in for recognitions. We will also have a motivation team contest. A trophy will be given to the team with the most attendees. When we win this trophey we will all go up together to receive this trophy! They will have our name on the trophy. Next S.O.N. we will defend the title of Master of motivation. If we do not defend the title our name would come off and the new champion will be on the trophy. We will have a plaque at the Major B.O.P.s with the names of every time a team has won. That way every new associate and guest will be able to see who the top motivators are.
