RMD Academy Bombshells

Nearly 200 RMD Academy current and previous qualifiers, plus the Executive Leadership Cabinet, Diamond Club members and special invited guests spent three days at the World Leadership Group headquarters in Atlanta getting the latest information, and a glimpse of WLG Founder and CEO Hubert Humphrey's Quantum Growth Plan.

The RMD Academy is a chance for those who qualify to spend some time with Hubert and top company leaders - as well as getting the inside scoop from Hubert himself on five bombshell announcements. The bombshell announcements are:

• All promotions, pools and contests will be based on submitted AV
• The launch of the "Q-Pak" - the Quantum Pak provides a downloadable sign-up form - to expedite the sign up process for large group meetings. It also provides a points credit toward promotions, pools and contests for having recruits complete the sign up process quickly.
• A transaction-based promotion and recognition system
• The new Personal Builder Pool and RMD Base Pools with new participation guidelines
• The Diamond Club and Equity Share pools will now be transaction-based.

Above all, though, Hubert views the Academy as an opportunity to have your vision stretched. "When you talk about having a builder's mindset and recruiter's mentality, you have to have the vision to see the finished product. The RMD Academy opened on Thursday night with a reception and meeting, where Hubert outlined his vision for One Million recruits - starting with the Convention of Champions June 26-30. "We are getting to the real business of building the business now. This year's Convention will be huge - and the Leaders will be rewarded for bringing their entire teams' to one of the greatest events in business history. Don't let your team wonder what they missed - have them sign up now."

Friday's agenda included the second RMD Academy session in the morning which featured the special guess speaker, EFC Jeff Miles and the Double Diamond Leaders. Jeff spent some critical time reminding the attentive audience that it's okay to make mistakes as long as you're running the system - that as Hubert says, experience is the key to greatness. Hubert spent time Friday morning covering the Conquer Your Future campaign, highlighting the importance of helping your team build - and earning the right to wear the different color shirts and pins that signify your status in the company.

The afternoon included a record-setting VIP day. More than 1,000 people filled all of the meeting rooms set up to catch the overflow crowd. The afternoon featured an overview of where the company is, where it will be and why it is such a great opportunity.

The day ended with a special strategy meeting for the Executive Leadership Cabinet, followed by dinner for the ELC and Diamond Club members.

The RMD Academy also included a Saturday session - featuring Hubert on the Quantum growth plans. The explosive growth will be greatly enhanced by the Success From Home magazine that will feature Hubert and WLG in the July issue. "These magazines won't put themselves in anyone's hands, you still have to do that, but Success From Home will make it so easy to show the opportunity and sell the dream. This will help you prime the pump - by showing WLG superstars who are accomplishing their goals and seeing their dreams come true."
