Primary Borrower w/Full Doc + Co-Borrower w/Stated = FULL DOC!!!



Just sharing our new April special with you…it is a creative way to structure a loan combining a FULL doc primary with a STATED co-borrower!! Read on to see if this newly structured loan will allow you to get borrowers in that otherwise wouldn’t qualify!



Additional criteria are shown below!



· 620 fico gets a loan up to $800,000 (SFR, PUD, CONDO or DUPLEX)

· 640 fico gets a loan up to $1,000,000 (SFR/PUD only, M.C.H required)

· Owner occupied

· Primary wage earner must account for >50% of the income

· 50% max debt to income ratio allowed

· Interest Only option available

· We allow 2/28, 3/27, 5/25, 30 yr fixed and our 40 yr program with this special!

· Co-borrowers Credit score is IGNORED. That’s Right! You can still use their income!

· Consumer Credit Counseling is IGNORED !
