Very Serious Issue!

VERY SERIOUS SECURITY POLICY WARNING !!! PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS

Early next week, when you log-in to WLG-Oline, you will be required to choose a security question and enter an answer. This will be the beginning of enhancements and changes that will be taking place to continually upgrade and improve our Security Policy. Once you have selected your security question and entered your answer, you will click “next” to go to the next page. Your Personal Information page will appear. You must check the information for accuracy and update any of your personal information that is not correct. Once you have completed the updates and changes, click submit and it will take you to the “Site Password” page. You will note that the system will prompt you to enter a New Password and to confirm that new password.

Your password must be 8 characters in length and must include at least 1 Capital Letter, l Number and 1 Special Character, which are one of the following, !,@,#,$,%,^,&,*. Once you enter this information WRITE IT DOWN and then click the “next” button and you will receive a message stating you have successfully changed your password. You will also receive an email, to your WLG Direct E-mail, notifying you that you have changed your password. Once you receive this message and you select “next”, it will take you to the Home page so that you can begin using the site as usual.

Every 60 days the system will prompt you to change your password. It will not allow you to reuse the same password within the last 5 times you changed it. You should be talking to your hierarchy so they understand how committed WLG is in securing your information and also supplying you with the latest and greatest technology available.

YOU SHOULD NEVER GIVE YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYONE AS THIS WOULD VIOLATE OUR SECURITY POLICY AND WOULD ALSO BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION.

Hello Superstars!

I am so excited! We had a fantastic Minor yesterday in Pasadena California! The meeting started out with the MoZone.

MoZone- When associates and guest gather in one room to socialize, get to know each other, small talk, create a warm environment. This is a time when associates do not socialize with each other but only guest.

The H.O.P. was held at Bruce Tolbert's home in Pasadena California. The house was a very nice and contemporary in decor. Before and after the MoZone there was Salsa music playing for those professional salsa dancers in the room. We had at least 8 guest and 8 associates. There was a buzz in the air that only meant everyone was having a good time. We had rising stars at the event, Lisa Vaughn-Brown, Alice Burns, Henry Barrientos, Carlos Herrera and Joyce Tabak. Carlos had 2 guests for the night. He became the ceter of attraction during MoZone because he is running the LA Marathon on Sunday. The star of the hour was Shantre` Perkins. Shantre` is a direct to Lisa Vaughn-Brown. I told you all to watch out for Lisa. She is going to knock this game out of the park! Shantre` is starting to prove she is a strong contender for top spot in the Superstars SC Hierarchy. She had 41% of the meeting! Shantre` walked in the house with a group of people. Not only that but she had people already there before she showed up! This is the start of a big thing people.

The presentation started with Bruce doing the opening and house cleaning. Bruce showed everyone his autographed football signed by the great Joe Montana! It seems that Bruce rubs elbows with high society. Bruce tossed the meeting to Joyce Tabak who was very prepared with facts of the presentation. I heard after the event that people where strategizing as to how they can make WLG work for them when Joyce was presenting. Joyce tossed the meeting to me at the end for the close. After the meeting, people clamored for decision kits. Money was flying in the air and people wanted follow up appointments. My schedule is booked for the most part of next week!

From what I hear, Bruce Tolbert will be hosting H.O.P.s every Thursday. Watch for the update postings of events for the week this weekend. We are experiencing a strong movement in the greatest tool that WLG tells us to do. That is , "Hold a meeting" as Hubert Humphrey would say. Mr. Humphrey shared in Hawaii that Amway recruited over 6 million people since inception. 90% of those recruited where from small meetings such as H.O.P.s. We need to host more H.O.P.s to grow fast. The H.O.P.s should be like a party setting. Everyone should have fun. When a new associate joins the team you have 2 weeks to get a H.O.P. going at their residence or someplace that can accommodate their warm market. We will discus more on the Sunday night Leader's Call.

We are at the beginning of some serious growth. I hope you all are ready for this. It is happening fast. Come aboard the train. We are going far and fast! Great job on the H.O.P. yesterday team!

First Major

Major - When all leaders come together at one B.O.P. to support eachother to build their team (the new alliance)



Hello team

The first Major B.O.P. was fantastic! We had a room full of guest and the training room was standing room only. We met at Andamo's associate's office in Anaheim Hills. The people where ready for business. They where excited and very nice. Everyone there was in one accord. We all knew that the main focus was to spend time with guest and have a great MoZone.

The rooms where upstairs. The B.O.P. room was intimate
and packed. From what I hear the presenter sold the dream very well. As the presentation was happening all the 40 plus associates where in a separate room having training with Andamo Tolson.

Andamo share the vision of the alliance we are creating. He went over the 17 illrefutable laws of a Maximizer. Mr. Tolson informed us that we will be moving to a hotel soon. Finding the right location is a tough task. The concepts of a unity amongst the leaders of WLG brought home by vision stretching with what we all can do together is far greater than what we can do alone. Andamo shared how WLG changed his life literally. He spoke of how this is not a get rich quick business. He put out a challenge to all associates to have a 24 month commitment to greatness.

To see a unity like this is one I have not seen in a long time.
For this to be our first meeting and to see the turn out and the excitement in everyone's face this will grow faster than anything that is happening in WLG. What I liked from a leader's perspective is how the MoZone happened. The music was not too loud and all the people where in one room. If a person had a red tag on that meant they where a guest. All associates where to wear blue tags. The first 30-45 minutes everyone with a blue tag walked around the room greeting and getting to know everyone wearing a red tag. It didn't matter if the red tag was from another team or from your team we where to talk to all red tags. This was priority!

Lisa Vaughn-Brown brought many guest but one stands out in mind. This lady's name is Kathy. Kathy was so quiet. She kind of tried to keep to herself. I introduced myself to her and tried to develop a conversation with her. It wasn't going good. I introduced her to people like Seth Kuoh
a and Andamo but still nothing. After a while I was talking to red tags and saw Lisa talking to red tags I asked Lisa "Where is Kathy?" We both looked around and Kathy was having a great conversation with a blue tag on the other side of the room! She seemed to be enjoying herself. This is what MoZone is about. I mad a point to not let a red tag be alone. Everyone else in that room had the same objection. Can you imagine, you bring guest to a B.O.P. and they are treated like an old friend to everyone in the room? It was great! My guest had a great time. The team had a great time. It was wonderful!

I hope you all can come out and support what we are doing here. The training is good. The MoZone is great! The people are fantastic! This is how I want to grow my business. I would love to see you all there.

Hawaii was nice!

Aloha!! Well... hello now that I am back at home. I wanted to get these photos to you sooner but the internet was not fast enough.

This photo to the left was the reception table when we first arrived at the hotel.

To the right is a photo of the items that are given to everyone when they register. If you can make it out there is a beach towel with the logo of the Conquest of Paradise in the center. A duffle bag (yellow) two Conquest of Paradise hats, $200 in cash, 2 shirts a note book and a new Swoosh man (little blue guy next to yellow bag) where given to attendees. This stuff came in handy. I ran out of clothes after 4 days!



Here is a better pic of the WLG Swoosh Man. Hubert had special custom made shirts from Tommy Bahama with the swoosh man on the back lounging in a beach chair. The material of the shirts had the WLG Swoosh symbol through out the material. They are very nice shirts. These where given to the Elite group that arrived in Hawaii on Monday of last week.
Here is the inside of the hotel lobby. Wow! Very nice. Oh yea, did you hear on the news that Lisa Marie-Presley was married last week? Well guess who showed up at the same hotel while we where there? Yea, Lisa and husband honeymooned at the Mauna Lani Resort.


Here is the view from the terrace from our room. This was a beautiful sight. Every morning at 7am sharp the birds would break into song and wake up the residents.







I made phone calls to some of you one day. Here is where I made those calls from. If you look real close you will see my bible and a big cup of coffee in the cabana. I was in front of a coconut tree watching sea turtles! That other photo is of a sea turtle. I have better pics but this is the one I grabbed.

Now this is a shot of us with Buck Stephens our EFC at either the luau or the welcom reception.







Can you believe it! We rented a car to have a look around the island and the car broke down on us at the coffee farm in Kona. I didn't mind. The farm had free coffee! Kona coffee at that! After 45 minutes the tow truck exchanged cars with us and took the other away. This was on the last day on the island. We only had 2 hours to get back to the hotel so we can catch the shuttle back to the airport.



Here is the airport at Kona. So that was the great conquest of paradise on the big island of Hawaii. Be sure to read the next post. I will be posting what was shared at the meetings by Hubert Humphrey. I have my notes ready to go.
